J’ai une forme de tendresse pour Arno, sa sincérité et ses fêlures. J’ai eu l’occasion de le rencontrer à deux reprise dans un bar à la fin de la nuit, et je peux témoigner que ce n’est pas un rôle qu’il joue pour le public. Dans les yeux de ma mère est à son image. Fracasse mais touchant.

High Violet, The National new album, is already one of my favorite 2010 album. I was also very impressed by this live performance of “Afraid Of Everyone” that the band performed live on David Letterman tonight, with Sufjan Stevens as guest vocals.
The National will be at L’Olympia in Paris on Nov, 23rd, and I already have my tickets !

The National (with Bon Iver) // Vanderlylle Cry Baby
Last year, The National and Bon Iver, along with Feist, Grizzy Bear and a few others played at Radio City Hall for Dark Was The Night Live. The essemblage played DWTN favorites as well as this new song, “Vanderlylle Cry Baby.” Still waiting for the new album.
